- John
Azarian wrote an article that was recently published in The

- We are
pleased to announce that renovation plans for The Hyde Park
Mall are proceeding on schedule. The last approval for waste
water disposal system will be finished soon. Stop and Shop will
start their renovation immediately after that approval is
received. There are two new tenants for Hyde Park: Leclerc Martial
Arts and House to Homes. For more information please visit our

- Fair
Lawn Diagnostic Imaging Centers has leased additional space in The Fair Lawn
Medical Arts building for an M.R.I. Imaging Facility.
- Lakeland
Bank has leased the former A&P space in The Milton
Shopping Center. This space is going to be used for
administrative offices and a training center. Lakeland Bank
anticipates opening in early 2012.
- The John M.
Azarian Memorial Armenian Youth Scholarship Fund is pleased to
announce that the five recipients for the 2011-2012 academic year
are Alek Hadadan, Ester Shaginian, Davit Avagyan, Satenig
Mirzoyan, Ilona Martirosova, and Nicholas Tashjian. Three of these
recipients are from St. Leon's Armenian Church in Fair Lawn, NJ. For
