The Azarian Group, L.L.C. has been an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 1978.  When The Azarian Group became a member, there were less than 1,000 members in the ICSC; today, there are over 65,000 members.

The Azarian Group manages properties for its own portfolio as well as for the private investor partnerships, limited liability companies and lending institutions. John M. Azarian has also acted as a court appointed rent receiver / property manager for shopping centers, apartment buildings and residential condominium complexes. The Azarian Group has developed shopping centers from the ground up, constructed new buildings, and revitalized distressed properties through re-leasing, renovation, and promotion and advertising events. The Azarian Group believes in looking to the future and using a property for its highest and best use. The Azarian Group has always emphasized hands-on management, which has been the key to its success over the last 42+ years.

Azarian Realty Co. (Azarian Realty) performs leasing for all of The Azarian Group's owned and managed properties. Azarian Realty is a licensed real estate brokerage firm in the states of New York and New Jersey.  John M. Azarian is the Broker of Record, Donna M. Azarian and Kevin R. Pelio are also New Jersey licensed Real Estate Brokesr, and Joel K. Weinberg is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson.

Azarian Realty primarily concentrates on leasing properties in its owned and managed portfolio. The current vacancy rate in The Azarian Group's portfolio averages substantially lower than area statistics which is attributable to aggressive marketing and leasing efforts by Azarian Realty Co.'s licensed agents and staff,  The Azarian Group strives for 100 percent occupancy, which it does have in many of its properties.

Azarian Agency is responsible for the insurance needs for The Azarian Group's properties. Azarian Agency is owned by Donna M. Azarian who is a licensed insurance producer in the State of New Jersey and is affiliated with some of the strongest, most competitive, and highest rated carriers in today's market.

Azarian and Associates provides accounting services for individuals, small businesses and all of The Azarian Group’s owned and managed properties. The Azarian Family has been performing accounting services for over 50 years.  Donna M. Azarian is the owner of Azarian and Associates.  Joel K. Weinberg, who has been employed by the Azarian Family for more than 25 years, is the administrator of this division.
