A spa and a dessert shop are coming to Livingston Town Center after signing leases at the 65,000-square-foot property in Livingston.
According to Azarian Realty Co., the center’s leasing and managing agent, Bleu Mirage Aesthetics is taking 1,886 square feet for what the firm described as an elegant spa offering safe, healthy and customizable beautician and aesthetics services. The operator, which was founded in 2019, is already based in the township but is expanding to the center at North Livingston and Mount Pleasant avenues, joining a mix of restaurants, retail and services alongside 114 luxury townhomes.
Azarian’s Kevin Pelio represented both parties in the transaction, according to a news release. He also worked alongside James Azarian to arrange a lease with Mango Mango Dessert, an upscale brand founded in 2013 with more than 30 locations in 12 states, serving handmade fresh fruit drinks, ice cream, crepes and tea.
The eatery is taking 1,323 square feet in what Azarian described as a second-generation restaurant space.
